We are supporting minorities in arts and culture in a broad sense. We provide the help and support by our wide ranging international network and projects which are mainly but not exclusively focused on women in music and fashion, applied and fine arts, LGBTQ+ groups, minorities, people in war-torn areas and the persecuted and excluded.

We are builders, focusing on the long term, initiating programs and support organisations, creating and distributing content, raising awareness, popularising important causes, as well as nurturing talent, organising events, providing scholarships, awarding talent, and organising exhibitions. We do this with the support and involvement of our global professional network who are standing by our side in our common goals.

Since we focus on the long term to make a balanced, equal and sustainable world, sustainability is the core of our work. By running and funding projects which provide examples of good practice for other organisations, we hope they will act as catalysts, attract other sources of funding and therefore be replicated in other geographical areas.
